Alfabetização na esfera digital: Uma proposta freireana

Abstract

Na era da globalização, alfabetização digital parece querer indicar a habilidade para usar o mouse, apontar, arrastar, cortar, colar, copiar, Ctrl C+Ctrl V, escrever um texto e olhar na Internet. Mas essa idéia de alfabetização digital, ainda que pareça ingênua, está carente de reflexão e de posicionamento pedagógico nas políticas públicas de educação. O trabalho agora apresentado parte da pedagogia freireana e dos círculos de cultura, nos quais os educadores iniciam a discussão a partir de uma situação-limite: a exclusão digital. Mas, como agentes educativos que buscam contribuir com a educação da população brasileira, devemo-nos um debate do sentido que a alfabetização digital faz na nossa prática. A politicidade do ato educativo adquire fundamento quando homens e mulheres, seres em relação, até então excluídos desse universo, participam da leitura de mundo, codificação/decodificação. Busca-se, na alfabetização digital, a realização do inédito viável, isso que os educadores percebem inédito, porque ninguém o estreou, mas viável, porque estão dadas as condições para acontecer, possibilitando uma educação crítica dos educadores de jovens e adultos. Na esfera da Internet, a proposta de educação de jovens e adultos envolve a alfabetização digital, que tem como base a comunicação e o diálogo e como estratégias fundamentais de leitura de mundo real/virtual o reconhecimento da fala do cotidiano, da escrita e da leitura, na multidiversidade de textos digitais gerados.

In the globalization era Digital literacy, seems to want to indicate the ability to use the mouse, to appear, to drag, to cut, to glue, to copy, Ctrl C+Ctrl V, to write a text and glance in the Internet. But, this idea of digital literacy, although it seems naive, it is lacking of reflection and of pedagogic positioning in the public politics of education. The work now presented comes from the freirean pedagogy and the cultural circles, where the educators begin the discussion starting from a situation-limit: the digital exclusion. But, as educational agents that they look for to contribute with the education of the Brazilian population, we need a debate of the sense that the digital literacy does in our practice. The politics of the educational act acquires foundation when men and women, in relationship, until now excluded of that universe, participate in the world reading, codification/decodification. We look for, in the digital literacy, the accomplishment of the "untested feasibility", that educators notice as untested, because nobody inaugurated him/it, but feasibility, because the conditions are given to happen, making possible a critical education of the youths' educators and adults. In the sphere of Internet, the proposal of youths' education and adults involves digital literacy, that he/she has as start the communication and the dialogue. As fundamental strategies of reading real/virtual world the recognition of the daily speech, of writing and reading, in the multidiversity of generated digital texts.
